Duties: 
- Perform various groundskeeping tasks to maintain the appearance and functionality of the property
- Mow, trim, and edge lawns using power tools and hand tools
- Plant, water, and maintain gardens and flower beds
- Prune trees and shrubs to ensure healthy growth
- Remove weeds and unwanted vegetation from the grounds
- Rake leaves and dispose of debris properly
- Clean and maintain sidewalks, driveways, and parking lots
- Assist with irrigation system maintenance and repairs
- Maintain outdoor furniture and fixtures

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in lawn care or landscape maintenance preferred
- Knowledge of operating power tools and hand tools used in groundskeeping
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks in various weather conditions
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently

Pay: $15.50 - $16.00 per hour
