This is a part-time position. Pick up shifts when they are available and fit into your schedule! 

We are searching for passionate Substitute Assistant and Lead Teachers who desire a flexible, self-designed work schedule in early childhood education. Choose the hours and locations you want to work the week before, and experience the perfect work/life balance while making a difference in the world.

Tasks

• Provide a safe and nurturing environment for young children.
• Support teachers and contribute to a constructive learning atmosphere.
• Adapt to various educational settings, ensuring a positive learning experience for all children.

Job Location: Various childcare centers throughout the Phoenix valley. Find one near you!

Compensation: Starting at $16.50 per hour, depending on experience. Shift bonuses available from Day 1!

Schedule: Choose your shift: 4 hours, 6 hours, or 8 hours of day shift work.

Education & Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Minimum of six months’ experience in a childcare facility (required).
• Early Childhood Education (ECE, NAC, CDA, or CCP credential) or coursework in Early Child Development is a bonus!
