Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled attorney to join our team under the guidance and mentorship of experienced attorneys. This position does not have any periodic billable requirements. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a wide range of legal duties, including:

• Drafting legal notices and court pleadings
• Attending court proceedings and representing clients
• Providing legal advice and counsel to clients
• Conducting thorough legal research
• Negotiating settlements and agreements
• Managing various other legal tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Successful passage of the Nevada Bar Exam
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Exceptional writing skills
