Job Title: Legal Intake Specialist

Location: Cherry Hill, NJ – 100% onsite

Overview:

As an Intake Center Agent, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients, delivering a welcoming and supportive experience. Client Interaction:

  1. Answer inbound calls and address client inquiries with empathy and professionalism.
  2. Make outbound calls to follow up on potential client leads, ensuring prompt and accurate responses.
  3. Prioritize inbound calls and new intakes, adhering to protocols for timely and effective service.

 

Information Gathering & Documentation:

  1. Collect detailed information from clients, following specific intake guidelines.
  2. Accurately document call details, including client needs and relevant information, in the system.
  3. Ensure thorough and precise data entry to support the legal intake process.

 

Support & Service Quality:

  1. Provide clients with a positive and informative experience, addressing any questions or concerns.
  2. Communicate important information about our services and assist clients in understanding the process.
  3. Respond to client feedback and requests with a commitment to maintaining high satisfaction levels.

 

Adherence to Protocols:

  1. Follow all call scripts and protocols for consistency and quality.
  2. Work with the leadership team to improve call handling techniques and continuously enhance service.

 

Qualifications:

  1. Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred, High school diploma or equivalent required
  2. College grads preferred, strong communicators adept in sensitive situations.
  3. Go-getter, growth-oriented, ambitious, with leadership potential.
  4. Interest in the legal field is a plus
  5. Call center or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
  6. Reliable transportation
  7. Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
  8. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  9. Basic knowledge of legal terminology is a plus, but not required.
  10. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  11. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  12. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management software (Salesforce) preferred.

 

Here are the details of the role:

  1. Two openings
  2. Temp-to-perm – 60 to 90 days as a contractor, you would convert to perm employee if successful.
  3. 100% onsite in Cherry Hill, NJ location
  4. Shifts available – 4p-12a shift.
  5. Working Days – ideally looking for candidates to work Fri, Sat, Sun, Mon, & Tues (off Wed/Thurs).
  6. Pay Rate - $20/hour
  7. No benefits and paid time off during the 60-to-90-day contract period, once converted to fulltime employee medical benefits, 401K and paid time will be available.
