WinnMed is seeking to hire a full-time Surgical Technologist to join our growing Surgery Department. Surgical Technologists are responsible for providing technical assistance during surgical procedures, and have knowledge of and utilize appropriate protocols relating to scrubbing and assisting in surgery of patients of all ages. The successful candidate must be highly motivated, possess excellent interpersonal skills, and be a team player. 

• Position is primarily 8 hour shifts Monday - Friday, 7:00a - 3:30 pm. Hours may fluctuate slightly based on surgery case load (as early as 6:00am).
• Position includes on-call rotation, approximately 1 night per every 2 week pay period, and every 6th weekend.
• Holiday Call rotation included. 1.0 FTE, 40 hours per week.

Eligible for $5,000 sign-on bonus. 

Requirements: 

• Completion of an accredited Surgical Technologist program
• Surgical Technologist Certification preferred
• Must stay within 30 minutes of WinnMed when on-call
• American Heart Association BLS required
• Previous experience preferred
