WHAT WE OFFER.

• $16 – $18 per hour starting pay based on your knowledge and experience.

WHAT YOU WILL DO.

In the mornings, you’ll play a key role on our Production Float Team, helping with tasks like:

• Operating cutting machines and handling fabric rolls.
• Quality inspection of garments to ensure they’re flawless.
• Bagging, tagging, and preparing products for the next steps.
• Assisting with inventory management and stock organization.
• Supporting various production departments as needed.

In the afternoons, you’ll join the Shipping & Receiving Team to:

• Package and ship custom orders with care and accuracy.
• Receive, sort, and stock materials and supplies.
• Communicate with shipping providers (UPS, FedEx, USPS) and vendors.
• Help keep our inventory organized and up to date.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR.

• A positive team player who’s 18 years of age or older with a high school diploma (or equivalent).
• Detail-oriented multitasker who thrives in a busy environment.
• Strong communicator who can work well across departments.
• Comfortable using or learning new technology like ERP software and shipping systems.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
