We are the largest 5 axis job shop in Northern Nevada. We've been a successful business since 1977. We encourage lifelong learning and personal improvement. We offer training (both internal & external sources) as well as a family atmosphere. The openings are full-time, Monday through Friday, some weekends on either Day Shift (7:00am-3:30pm), Swing Shift (3:15pm-11:45pm) or Graveyard Shift.

***We are currently hiring for several positions - CNC Set-Up Operators, Programmers, QC Inspector. We need both MILL & LATHE OPERATORS. ***

  • CNC LATHE & MILL MACHINISTS are responsible for setting up and operating different CNC machines and equipment. These positions require skills in mechanical design, technical drawings, mathematics and computer programming. Programming a plus!! Pay will be negotiated.
  • Duties and Responsibilities - Examine & analyze blueprints, sketches, and computer-related files, measure and examine the effectiveness of completed products, produce products to specifications, create programs: typically using CAM software and written by hand programs, select appropriate tooling, set-up the part, perform inspections and often run the production.

  • QUALITY CONTROL INSPECTOR: General duties include: Inspection of machined parts. Filling out & maintaining documentation for inspection reports. Performing in-house calibration of measuring devices. Maintaining calibration records. Checking for proper documents in production areas. Assisting production staff with measuring & print questions. Pay will be negotiated.
  • Duties & Responsibilities - Proper use of all precision measuring devices (CMM experience a plus). Read & interpret multi view, complex blueprints (GD&T knowledge a plus). Basic computer skills (including Excel & Word). Neat & legible handwriting. Able to manage daily workload independently. Calm demeanor & able to work with various “personalities”. Able to work calmly & efficiently with rapidly changing priorities.
