Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and personable Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who thrives in a dynamic environment, has excellent interpersonal skills, and can think quickly on their feet. Responsibilities:

Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner, providing knowledgeable guidance on Hot Spring hot tubs.

Build strong relationships with potential and existing customers to foster trust and long-term client satisfaction.

Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products to meet their requirements.

Demonstrate features and benefits of hot tubs to potential buyers.

Maintain a thorough understanding of product specifications, pricing, and promotions.

Follow up with leads and customers to ensure a seamless sales process and positive buying experience.

Meet and exceed sales targets by consistently delivering outstanding service.

Keep the showroom and display areas clean, organized, and visually appealing.

Participate in sales events, trade shows, and promotional activities as needed.

Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance the overall customer experience.

Qualifications:

Prior sales experience preferred, but not required.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales.

Ability to think on your feet and handle customer inquiries effectively.

A positive attitude and a passion for helping customers.

Willingness to learn about the hot tub industry and product offerings.

Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.

Ability to work weekends holidays as needed.
