WORK SUMMARY

The Residential Direct Caregiver is responsible for the overall care, safety, and well-being of each child assigned to her. As well as make sure they follow and meet all of HHSC licensing guidelines and standards, and DFPS and CPS compliance.

Employer will provide paid training. Must complete 40 hours of Pre-Service training.

As a Direct Caregiver, you will need to have experience with children, excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Our Direct Caregiver position pay ranges from $10-14 an hour, depending on experience, plus yearly bonuses.

REQUIREMENTS:

21 years of age

Must have High School Diploma or GED

Valid driver's license or StateID (upon hire)

Must pass the required pre-employment Background and Drug Screenings, and a negative tuberculosis (TB) skin test.

Good communication & leadership skills

Strong work ethic.

Good interpersonal skills.

Meticulous attention to detail.

Work Shifts: Depending on the Applicant.

1.       Flex Schedule Floating Part-time Friday 12 am to 8 am Saturday 12 am to 8 am (16 hours weekly flex hours PRN) Fill in for overnight full time staff.

2. The Schedule can be modified to meet the applicant and employer needs. 

The company offers direct deposit and yearly bonuses.
