Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Sports Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will live in or nearby Irwin, NHT, Greensburg, PT, Latrobe or surrounding areas or have the ability to commute. They need to have a passion for sports and physical education, with the ability to inspire and motivate preschool age children. This role involves coaching various sports, including basketball, football, soccer, T-ball, cheer and others. A strong background in behavior management and childcare is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Follow a set curriculum for teaching sports programs.
• Focus on kids having fun, skill development and teamwork.
• Monitor athletes' progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance performance.
• Ensure a safe and positive environment during all training sessions.

Requirements

• Proven experience in working with children, preferably in sports.
• Strong knowledge of physical education principles and behavior management techniques.
• Ability to climb or engage in physical activities as required by specific sports.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with children.
• A passion for promoting fitness, health, and well-being through sports.
• Must be able to work mornings and early afternoons.

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
